Eligibility

Orders and pricing

We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payment is taken in advance through our secure checkout. Once payment is received your order is scheduled for production.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order; Express shipping is available at checkout for $12. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed, while the item is still in production. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product descriptions

We try to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your display renders colours accurately. Products are made to order and slight variation is normal.

Personalised items

Personalised and engraved items are produced to the details you supply. Please check spelling and details carefully before ordering, as these items cannot be resold and may not be returnable except where faulty.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, text, images and the Eloura name and logo, is our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eloura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you may have.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
