Our Story
The hard part was never the gift
It was the words.
We are a husband-and-wife team in Dallas, Texas, and Eloura began with a problem we kept running into ourselves. There was always someone we wanted to say something to — a daughter leaving home, a wife after a hard year, a mother who had never once been thanked properly — and there was never anything to buy that said it. Shops are full of beautiful objects that mean nothing in particular. You end up buying one, writing “love you lots” in a card, and hoping the object carries the rest.
It doesn't. So we started making the thing we couldn't find.
What we actually make
Every Eloura piece is two things: a necklace, and a printed card with a specific message on it. The card is the part she reads twice. It is the reason one of our necklaces is not interchangeable with an identical pendant sold anywhere else.
We currently make twenty-two of them. One is written from a father to a daughter who has just become a woman. One is written from a grandfather who cannot promise to be there for all of her life, only to love her for all of his. One is written from an unborn baby to its mother, signed Love, Kisses & Kicks. We print the full text of every card on its own product page, so you can read the words before you buy them. Choosing the right one matters more than choosing the pendant.
How it is made, and how it reaches you
Pieces are made to order and shipped from the USA. We make yours in one to two business days. Standard delivery then takes three to seven business days, and it is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Express is $12 and usually arrives in one to three.
Each piece has a stainless steel base with a gold or rhodium finish, on an adjustable chain that fits 18 to 22 inches. It is safe for most sensitive skin, and it will not tarnish with normal wear — keep it dry, and put perfume on before the necklace.
It arrives in a keepsake box with the card already inside, so it can be handed over exactly as it comes. Nothing to wrap. If you would rather it looked wrapped, we will do that too.
What we will not do
We think this matters more than a mission statement, so we will be specific.
- We do not invent numbers. We will not tell you thousands of people have bought something when we have not counted them.
- We do not run false scarcity. Nothing here is “almost sold out” unless it is.
- We do not claim to plant trees, offset anything, or save the world with a necklace. If we ever do run a programme like that, we will name the partner and show you the record.
- We do not compare ourselves to unnamed “other brands”.
- We tell you the constraints: we ship within the United States only, and our support is real people, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Central.
A gift that is meant to say something honest should not be sold dishonestly.
