Refund policy

Returns

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will refund your original method of payment. Refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Orders delivered more than 10 days ago are not eligible for a refund; an even exchange may be offered instead.

Faulty or incorrect items

Defects include discolouration, misprints, an incorrect item being shipped, or faulty finishing. If your item is faulty or incorrect, email info@elouraofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the problem. We will put it right.

Personalised items

Personalised and engraved pieces are made to your specification and cannot be resold, so they are not returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

How to start a return

Contact us first at info@elouraofficial.com — please do not send items back without contacting us, as unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed, while the item is still in production.
