Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. We are not able to accept or fulfill orders outside the U.S. at this time.

Rates

• Standard — free on every order. No minimum spend.
• Express — $12.00, available at checkout.

Delivery times

• Standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Personalised items may take a little longer. Transit times are carrier estimates, are not guaranteed, and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, email info@elouraofficial.com.

Packaging

Every order arrives gift-ready in a keepsake box with its message card.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check with your household and neighbours and contact your local carrier with the tracking number. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will help resolve it.
